1. The agreement

By purchasing from or using Nocturne, you agree to these terms and to the License that accompanies every template. If you're buying on behalf of a company, you're agreeing for that company.

2. Purchases & delivery

Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Digital products are delivered instantly after checkout and remain re-downloadable through your library using your checkout email.

3. All-Access Pass

The All-Access Pass is a yearly subscription that renews automatically until cancelled. Cancel anytime from the billing portal link in your receipt — you keep access until the end of the paid period, and you keep everything you've already downloaded permanently.

4. Refunds

14 days, no questions asked, on any purchase. Renewal charges are refundable within 14 days of the renewal date.

5. Fair use & conduct

Don't abuse the delivery system, share access beyond your team, or use templates to build anything unlawful. We may suspend access for abuse, with a refund where the law requires one.

6. Warranty & liability

Templates are provided "as is". We work hard to keep them excellent, but we can't guarantee they're free of defects or fit for every purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
