The short version

Buy once, build as much as you want. Every Nocturne purchase — single template, All-Access Pass, or Lifetime License — includes the same usage rights. The only thing we ask is that you don't turn around and sell the template itself.

You can

• Use templates in unlimited personal and commercial projects.
• Use templates in client work, including work you charge for.
• Modify, extend, and rebrand everything — it's your codebase now.
• Deploy to as many domains as you like.
• Keep and use everything you've downloaded even if your All-Access Pass lapses.

You can't

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense a template as a template, starter kit, or boilerplate — modified or not.
• Share your downloads or library access with people outside your team.
• Publish a template's source publicly (open-sourcing your finished product that merely uses a template is fine — just not the template itself as a reusable kit).

Team size

A license covers you and up to 10 collaborators working on the same projects. Bigger team? Reach out and we'll sort something fair.
